Position Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic Tourism Professionals to join our Sales & Operations team. You will be responsible for managing travel operations, interacting with clients, and providing excellent customer service to ensure seamless travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle sales and operations for tourism services
• Assist customers with travel planning, bookings, and itinerary management
• Provide personalized recommendations based on client preferences
• Manage client inquiries through calls, emails, and in-person meetings
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Ensure smooth coordination with vendors, hotels, and travel partners

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Fluent in English (spoken & written)

✅ Diploma in Tourism or 2-3 years of experience in the travel industry
