Itinerary
Day 1 :
Pune – Srinagar-– Pahalgam
Today enter the world of Sun Touriism Internationall Pvt Ltd as you begin your wonderful tour of Kashmir. Pick up from your residence and then proceed to airport to board the flight to Srinagar. Board your Indigo Flight to Srinagar via Delhi. On arrival at Srinagar transfer to visit Asia’s biggest Tulip Garden. Later proceed to Pahalgam. Pahalgham is the most famous place for the Indian Film Industry. After check in to your pre-booked hotel time to relax and enjoy the surroundings. Overnight stay in Pahalgam.
Day 2 :
Pahalgam
After a relaxed Breakfast Proceed for local sightseeing; visit Aru Valley, noted for its scenic meadows. The village is also a base camp for trekkers to the Kolahoi Glacier, the Tarsar-Marsar lakes and the Katrinag valley. Later move to Chandanwadi. Chandanwadi is one of the most beautiful spot in Kashmir as well as starting point of famous Amarnath yatra. Enroute have a photo stop at Betab valley. Post lunch stroll around the local market and evening enjoy a beautiful view around river Lidder. Overnight stay in Pahalgam
Day 3 :
Pahalgam – Srinagar
After Breakfast transfer to Srinagar. Enroute visit Pampore, famous for its Safroon Fields. Also visit the ruins of Avantipura. On arrival in Srinagar visit the Nishat Bagh (the garden of Pleasure) and Shalimar Bagh (abode of love). These gardens are situated on the banks of Dal lake. Nishat Bagh is the larger of the two gardens and has an impressive plantation of Chinar trees on its highest terrace. Evening enjoy the famous and romantic ‘Shikara Ride’ at Dall Lake, also known as “Srinagar’s Jewel” to enjoy the beautiful floating gardens and floating market. Overnight Stay in Srinagar.
Day 4 :
Srinagar – Gulmarg – Srinagar
After breakfast early morning proceed to Gulmarg. Drive past willow trees, fast flowing streams and lush green meadows. Gulmarg - the meadow of flowers is an apt term for this idyllic flower-laden meadow offering a spectacular view of towering snow-capped peaks covered with dense forests of tall conifers and gigantic fir and pine trees. Enjoy Gondola ride from Gulmarg to Khilanmarg (First Phase). Visit the famous Rani Temple. Overnight Stay in Srinagar.
Day 5 :
Srinagar – Yousmarg
After breakfast, proceed for an excursion tour to Yusmarg. Yusmarg is a small meadow set in the heart of mountains to the South-West of Srinaga. Enroute you visit the famous Charar E Sharif Dargah, considered one of the most sacrosanct Muslim shrines in Kashmir. The Shrine of Charar-i-Sharief is approximately 600 years old. Later move to Yousmarg. This journey will take you to acres upon acres of grassy meadow ringed by forests of Pine, and towering beyond them, awesome and majestic snow clad mountains. Here you can enjoy the (Optional) Horse ride to enjoy the meadows. evening return to Srinagar. Overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 6 :
Srinagar - Sonmarg
After breakfast Proceed to Sonmarg. On arrival you can visit Thajwas Glacier which is around 4 Kms from Sonamarg, a local taxi can be hired or can walk for it. Enjoy various snow sports as per your choice. Name Sonmarg is derived from two Kashmiri words “Son” & “Marg” which mean “Gold” &“ Meadow”, which means “Meadow of Gold”. Evening return to Srinagar. Overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 7 :
Srinagar – Pune
After heavy brunch transfer to Srinagar airport for return flight to Pune via Delhi. As we have some extra free hours before the next flight, you can use this opportunity to visit the famous Golden Temple as well as to enjoy shopping in Local Market.
