Itinerary
Today enter the world of Sun Touriism Internationall Pvt Ltd as you begin your wonderful tour of North East. Pick up from your residence and then proceed to Pune Airport to board the flight to Bagdogra. On arrival at Airport transfer to Gangtok. (5,500 ft.). Check-in to hotel & rest of the day at leisure. Overnight stay at Gangtok.
Day 2 :
GANGTOK
Morning after breakfast, start for an excursion to Tsomgo Lake (12,300 ft.) & Baba Mandir (13,200 ft.) which is 55 kms one way from Gangtok city. Legend has it that the Lamas use to forecast the future by studying the colour of the lakes waters. Enjoy the surroundings, majestic snowy peaks which feed the lake and the clean fresh air. Overnight stay at Gangtok. Note – Nathula Pass Tour Is Optional, as this is subject to ‘Weather’ as well as ‘Permission’.
Day 3 :
GANGTOK – LACHUNG
After breakfast you would check out from hotel with limited luggage and get driven to Lachung in North Sikkim. On the way stop at Naga Waterfall, The Confluence of Lachen Chu (River) & Lachung Chu (River) at Chungthang and Sever Sister Water Falls etc. On arrival in Lachung check in at the hotel/resort/lodge. Overnight stay in Lachung.
Early Morning you would be driven to Yumthang Valley, also known as Sikkim valley of flowers, famous for its natural beauty. There is also a hot spring nearby which is believed to have medicinal properties. Later you would be driven back to the hotel for lunch and thereafter get transferred to Gangtok. On a clear sunny day, on the way back guests can get great views of Mount Khangchendzonga from Singhik view point. On arrival in Gangtok check in at the hotel. Rest of the day free for leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel in Gangtok.
Day 5 :
GANGTOK – NAMCHI – KALIMPONG
After breakfast you would be driven to Kalimpong. On the way visit Temi Tea Garden, Samdruptse also known as 'Wish Fulfillling Hill' & ‘Siddheshwar Char Dham’. Later you continue your drive to Kalimpong. Upon arrival check in and evening free at leisure. Overnight stay at Kalimpong.
Day 6 :
KALIMPONG – DARJEELING
Morning after breakfast, check out from hotel and proceed for Kalimpong half day tour ; Visit Mangal Dham, Golf Garden, Durpin Dara Hill & Pine View Nursery. Later drive to Darjeeling. Arrive and Check in to your Hotel. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
Day 7 :
DARJEELING
Early Morning (at 04:00 am) drive through the Oak trees to visit Tiger hill (8,400 ft.) to watch the spectacular sunrise over Mt. Khangchendzongha (28,208 ft. Worlds 3rd highest peak), on your way back visit Ghoom Monastery and Batasia Loop. After breakfast proceed for the famous 7 points sightseeing covering Himalayan Mountaineering institute, Mt. Khangchendzongha Institute, P.N. Zoological Park, TenzingGumpo Rock, Tibetan Refugee self-help Centre, Tea Garden (outer view), National History Museum and Japanese Temple. Evening free for shopping or leisure. Overnight stay at Darjeeling.
After breakfast proceed to Bagdogra airport to board flight to Pune Airport, Via Bangalore. Arrive Pune by Midnight. On arrival transfer to your Residence. Return home with Wonderful memories of your holiday with Sun Touriism Internationall Pvt. Ltd.
